The Bhadla Solar Park is a solar power plant located in the Thar Desert of Rajasthan, India.Bhadla Solar Park is one of the projects of India’s National Solar Mission, which aims to install 100 GW of solar power by 2022. The park also helps India meet its commitments under the Paris Agreement to reduce its carbon intensity by 33-35% by 2030.

Kurnool Ultra Mega Solar Park Andhra Pradesh

Situated in the Kurnool district, it covers 5,932.32 acres and has a capacity of 1,000 MW, producing over 8 GWh of electricity per day.

Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Park Madhya Pradesh

Also known as Shakti Sthala, this solar park is spread across 13,000 acres in the Tumkur district and has a capacity of 2,050 MW.

Kamuthi Solar Power Project Tamilnadu

This is a photovoltaic power station spread over an area of 2,500 acres in Kamuthi, Ramanathapuram district, 90 km from Madurai, in the state of Tamil Nadu, India. This project was commissioned by Adani Power. With a generating capacity of 648 MWp at a single location, it is the world’s 12th largest solar park based on capacity.
